Booking Terms and Conditions

Payments

All bookings require a payment to be made in advance to secure the booking.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment your payment will be transferred to a new booking date & time if 48hrs + notice is given.
If you wish to cancel your appointment your payment is non-refundable. If you cancel with more than 48hrs notice you can keep your money on file to reschedule for another day.
If you fail to show up to your appointment your payment will not be refunded.

Failing to notify me if you are unable to attend your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled and your payment will be lost.
No shows will lose their payment and be required make a new payment upfront if they with to rebook.
Appointments will be held for up to 15 minutes after the start time. After this your appointment will automatically be cancelled and your payment will be lost. This is offered as a one off and will not be accepted on a regular basis.
