Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Failing to notify me if you are unable to attend your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled and your payment will be lost. 

​

• NO SHOWS will lose their payment and be required make a new payment upfront if they wish to rebook. 

​

• LATE ARRIVALS: Appointments will only be held for up to 15 minutes after the start time. After this your appointment will automatically be cancelled and your payment will be lost. Holding appointments for 15 minutes is offered as a one off and will not be accepted on a regular basis.
