Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposits

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. 

  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment your deposit can be transferred to the new booking date & time if 48hrs + notice is given. 

  • If you wish to cancel your appointment your deposit is will not be refunded.  

  • If you fail to show up to your appointment your deposit will not be refunded. 

Cancellations, no shows & late arrivals

  • Failing to notify me if you are unable to attend your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will be lost. 

  • No shows will lose their deposit and be required to make full payment upfront if they rebook. 

  • Appointments will be held for up to 15 minutes after the start time. After this your appointment will automatically be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. This is offered as a one off and will not be accepted on a regular basis.

Can I reschedule my appointment? 

Yes! You can reschedule your appointment up to 48hrs before the appointment. To reschedule simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in on this website using the email address you used to book the appointment. No prior registration is needed to do this. 

  2. Select the 'my bookings' section and follow the steps to reschedule your appointment. 

Alternatively you can reschedule by getting in touch. Let me know your new preferred date and time and I will sort it out. 

I'm running late but you have no contact number. What should I do?

Contact me via my website, email or social media and I will get back to you. 

Do's and Don'ts

  • Do not wear mascara before your appointment. 

  • Wait 24hrs before wetting your lashes after any lash treatment, no saunas, steam rooms, sun beds etc. 

  • Do not use serums on the face before getting your brows waxed.
